The Mill’s Valentine experience begins with a selection of romantic libations, available for in-person dining and to-go: the Broken Heart Martini with Broken Shed Vodka, Pama Liqueur, rose water, lemon juice, and Peche sparkling wine; a Love Potion Punch; and Pasqua Passimento, Romeo & Juliet, bianco or rosso, by the glass or bottle.
A Valentine’s Prix Fixe for Two will be available Friday, February 12th through Sunday, February 14th, and includes two starters, an entree for two to share, and two desserts for $150.00. The first course offers a choice of Artisanal Greens salad or Classic Caesar; the entree choices feature a 32oz. Porterhouse Steak with lobster Mornay sauce or a 32oz. bone-in Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye, each served with a choice of Montreal Red Bliss mashed potatoes with crispy shallots or wood-roasted Asparagus with lemon, Pecorino, and extra virgin olive oil. Guests may choose from a variety of desserts to conclude their evening: a Dark Chocolate Mousse Tart, offered exclusively for the holiday, with caramelia ganache, white chocolate-strawberry cremeux, coconut meringue, and passion fruit sorbet; Portuguese Bread Pudding with Madeira caramel, currants, and Chantilly cream; or Dark Chocolate Beet Cake with dark chocolate mousse, speculoos crumble, white chocolate-coffee cremeux, and raspberry-beet ice cream.
Mill’s full winter menu will also be available, with additions to include Seafood Bisque and Oysters Rockefeller.
For those dining at home, Mill’s will offer a dinner for two for takeout, available for pick up on Thursday, February 11th, Friday, February 12th, and Saturday, February 13th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The cost is $95.00 plus tax or $125 plus tax with a Bottle of Pasqua Passimento, Romeo & Juliet, bianco or rosso.
The package includes Artisanal Greens for two in a smoked Roquefort vinaigrette with pickled onions and spiced almonds; Seafood Bisque for two; a choice of two entrees: Filet Mignon with sauce au poivre or Chicken Breast Saltimbocca, each served with Montreal Red Bliss mashed potatoes with crispy shallots and haricot vert; and a choice of one dessert to share: Dark Chocolate Mousse Tart, Portuguese Bread Pudding or Dark Chocolate Beet Cake.
A la carte additions available to go include a bottle of La Marca Prosecco, Veneto, Italy NV ($38); Chef’s Housemade Charcuterie and Artisanal Cheese ($15); and a half-dozen of U-16 Shrimp Cocktail ($15).
