Holiday Specials Available for Dine-In or Take-Out

In addition to Mill’s full early spring menu, guests may choose from a variety of Easter specials available on Sunday, April 4th from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The celebration begins with seasonal libations, including Ginger Carrot soda; Mill’s Tavern Bloody Mary with shrimp cocktail; and a Spring Sangria

Appetizer specials will include Oysters Rockefeller; Wagyu Beef Tartare, served with cornichon relish and crostini; and Raviolo Al Uovo with diced country ham, English peas, and shallot emulsion. Entrees will include Roasted Rack of Lamb, served with haricot verts, Mediterranean couscous pilaf, and mint Tzatziki and Persillade-crusted Halibut, with sauce Béarnaise and assorted spring vegetables; and North County Smokehouse Maple Glazed Ham served with roasted red bliss potatoes and haricot vert. Dessert features will be Carrot Cake with dulcey cheesecake cremeux, sesame caramel, pistachio crumble, and Mandarin orange ice cream. 

For those dining at home, Mill’s will offer Easter Take-Home Dinners available for pickup on Saturday, April 3rd from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The cost is $69.95 for two or $139.95 for four. 

The package includes Artisanal Greens with pickled red onion, spiced almonds, and Roquefort red wine vinaigrette; Chicken Veloute with spring vegetables and mushrooms; a choice of entrees:  Roasted Carved Leg of Lamb with Haricot verts, Mediterranean couscous pilaf, and mint Tzatziki or North Country Smokehouse Maple Glazed Ham, with haricot verts and roasted Red Bliss potatoes; and for dessert, Portuguese Bread Pudding with Madeira caramel, currants, and Chantilly cream. A la carte options to-go include Chef’s Housemade Charcuterie and Artisanal Cheese; or Shrimp Cocktail.
