Father’s Day at Mill’s starts with a Litchfield Distillery Spirits Tasting from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., featuring samples of the Connecticut-based distiller’s Double Barreled Bourbon, Vanilla Bourbon and Cinnamon Bourbon. The tasting is complimentary for any guest enjoying cocktails or dinner at Mill’s Tavern. Whiskey Flights will also be available throughout the day, giving guests the opportunity to sample three of Mill’s Bourbons, Ryes or Scotches for $22 (some exclusions apply).
After a whiskey warm-up, give dad a break from the grill and enjoy a selection of Mill’s top cuts of beef, including a 10oz. Black Angus Filet Mignon, 12oz. Wagyu NY Strip, 16oz. Niman Ranch Ribeye, or 32oz. Bone-in Tomahawk Wagyu Ribeye (pre-orders requested 48 hours in advance to confirm availability of this dish), all complemented by Mill’s famous side dishes, such as Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes with crispy shallots, Mac n’ Cheese with house-made bacon lardons, and wood-roasted Asparagus with lemon, pecorino, and extra virgin olive oil.
For dessert, a special sweet features Dark Chocolate Budino Cake with mint chip ice cream.
