Special Chef’s Butcher Box available for takeout; Three-Course Steak Prix Fixe Menu available for dining in

Mill’s Tavern, located at 101 North Main Street in Providence, will celebrate Father’s Day with a three-course steak prix fixe menu for dining in, and a Chef’s Butcher Box available for takeout on Sunday, June 20th.  Mill’s full menus will also be available for dining in or takeout. The three-course steak prix fixe menu begins with a choice of appetizers, including Crab Bisque; Classic Caesar Salad with parmesan cheese, white anchovies and garlic croutons; Salt & Pepper Point Judith Calamari with Thai basil, tamarind gastrique and lime salt; or Shrimp Cocktail

 The entrée features a choice of steaks: a 12 oz. Wagyu New York Strip ($82), 14 oz. Aged New York Strip ($65), 32 oz. Prime Tomahawk Ribeye for two ($120), 24 oz. Wagyu New York Strip for two ($140) or the 32 oz. Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye for two ($170). Wagyu and Prime Tomahawk Ribeyes must be pre-ordered when reservations are booked. All steaks are served with a choice of side dishes, including mashed potatoes, wood-roasted asparagus or madeira-soy mushrooms. Guests may also add wine pairings for $18 (half glass pairings) or $36 (full glass pairings).   

Dessert choices feature Orange Blossom Labneh Mousse with basil pound cake crumble, strawberry-rhubarb puree, pistachio butter and strawberry sorbet; Almond Cake with lemon curd, torched lavender meringue, blackberry jam, poppy seed shortbread crumble and Earl Gray ice cream; and Portuguese Bread Pudding with madeira caramel, currants and chantilly cream. 

The Chef’s Butcher Box, available for takeout only, includes a choice of hand-cut steaks paired with Mill’s Tavern’s signature seasoning and steak sauce, roasted potatoes and asparagus, with instructions for preparation. Choices of steak include the 14 oz. Aged New York Strip ($44); 12 oz. Wagyu New York Strip ($59); 24 oz. Wagyu New York Strip ($118); 32 oz. Prime Tomahawk Ribeye ($98); 32 oz. Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye ($148); 16 oz. Certified Angus Beef Ribeye ($58); or the 8 oz. Black Angus Filet Mignon ($52). All Chef’s Butcher Box orders are to be picked up between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on Saturday, June 19th
