Mother’s Day appetizer specials will include Oysters Rockefeller, Crab Cake Croquettes with wakame remoulade, yuzu sumiso with toasted almonds, and Pan Seared Foie Gras with sweet miso cake, apple quince purée, grapefruit gastric and a pistachio crumble.

Entrée specials include a Persillade Crusted Halibut with sauce béarnaise and assorted spring vegetables; and Surf & Turf, featuring an 8 oz. Black Angus filet mignon and pan-seared dayboat scallops with mushroom au poivre.

Mother’s Day dessert will feature Lemon Tart with lavender crémeux, rhubarb jam, Marcona almond, fresh berries and blackberry sorbet. 

Holiday beverages will include a Spring Berry Sangria, Mom’s Day Out and a non-alcoholic Hibiscus Lemonade.
