Valentine’s Day Dinner Specials Available February 11th through February 14th

Valentine’s Day appetizers include a Yuzu Kosha Baja Scallop Ceviche with edamame and tobiko; Seared Foie Gras with port fig puree, foie pound cake, candied orange peel, and blood orange gastrique; Crab & Lobster Baked Stuffed U8 White Tiger Shrimp with Meyer lemon beurre blanc; and Escargot a la Bordelaise.
Entree specials include herb citrus-poached Halibut with braised winter greens, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, and chef-mixed mushroom conserva with fennel-saffron broth; 32 oz. Prime Long Bone with housemade bordelaise sauce; pistachio-encrusted, bacon-wrapped Venison Loin with roasted baby beets, fingerling potatoes, and lingonberry gastrique; and Surf & Turf: any of Mill’s traditional steaks served with a choice of seared scallops or grilled shrimp.
Mill’s Valentine’s Day dessert feature will be a Chocolate Beet Cake with white chocolate cream cheese cremeux, raspberry beet puree, marcona almond, and raspberry-rose ice cream.
The special cocktail creation will be Love Potion 101.
