Dine-In and Take-Out Options Available for any Gathering

Mill’s Tavern, located at 101 North Main Street in Providence, will celebrate Thanksgiving this year with choices for dining-in, takeout, and small gatherings.  Executive Chef Ed Bolus and his culinary team have crafted a three-course prix fixe menu available for dining-in, and will also offer a family-style package to serve two, four, six, or eight guests at home.  For reservations or to place an order, please call 401.272.3331. Mill’s Tavern’s Thanksgiving Day four-course prix fixe menu will be available from 11:30 p.m. to  6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 25th.  The cost is $49.00 per person ($25 per child), exclusive of beverages, tax, and gratuity. 

The prix fixe menu begins with a first course of Sugar Pumpkin Bisque. The second course features a choice of Artisanal Greens with a Roquefort-red wine vinaigrette, pickled red onions, and spiced almonds or Classic Caesar Salad with parmesan cheese, garlic croutons, and white anchovies. Entrée selections include a choice of a Traditional Carved Orange Sazón-brined Turkey with giblet gravy, sage-sweet potato casserole with marshmallow and pecans, garlic mashed potatoes, brown butter green bean and mushroom casserole, homemade pineapple-cranberry chutney, and traditional Mill’s stuffing; a 14 oz. aged New York Strip with Mill’s steak sauce ($10 supplemental charge); or Salmon ($5 supplemental charge).  A vegetarian entrée is available upon request.

A choice of holiday desserts includes Portuguese Bread Pudding with Madeira caramel, currant, and Chantilly cream; Pumpkin Pie with bourbon caramel and Chantilly cream; and Chef Samantha’s Seasonal Dessert.

Guests celebrating the holiday at Mill’s Tavern will also be able to enjoy celebratory seasonal libations such as the New England Cosmopolitan: Vodka, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, lime, cranberry syrup, and Bittermens’ New England Cranberry Bitters; the Mill’s Tavern Bloody Mary with shrimp cocktail; or Cranberry Rose Sangria.

Mill’s family-style package is available for two ($49.95), four ($99.95), six ($149.95), or eight ($199.95) and features generous servings of Artisanal Greens with Roquefort-red wine vinaigrette, pickled red onions, and spiced almonds; Sugar Pumpkin Bisque; Traditional Carved Orange Sazón-brined Turkey with giblet gravy; Sage-Sweet Potato Casserole with marshmallow and pecans; Garlic Mashed Potatoes; Brown Butter Green Bean & Mushroom Casserole;  housemade Pineapple-Cranberry Chutney; and traditional Mill’s Stuffing.

A selection of a la carte items will also be available to-go, including the Artisanal Greens Salad, Traditional Carved Orange Sazón-brined Turkey by the pound, and Giblet Gravy, Sage-Sweet Potato Casserole with marshmallow and pecans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Brown Butter Green Bean & Mushroom Casserole, housemade Pineapple-Cranberry Chutney, and traditional Mill’s Stuffing by the pint or quart.
