Three-Course New York Strip Prix Fixe Menu Available

Mill’s Tavern, located at 101 North Main Street in Providence is pleased to announce a new addition to its offerings: a three-course New York Strip prix fixe menu, featuring a choice of a 12 oz. Wagyu New York Strip ($82) or 14 oz. The menu begins with a choice of appetizers, including Crab Bisque; Classic Caesar Salad; Salt & Pepper Point Judith Calamari with Thai basil, tamarind gastrique, and lime salt; or Shrimp Cocktail.

The entrée features a choice of a 12 oz. Wagyu New York Strip or 14 oz. Aged New York Strip with Mill’s Steak Sauce, served with a choice of one side dish, including mashed potatoes, wood-roasted asparagus, or roasted mushrooms.

The meal concludes with a choice of one dessert, including Almond Cake with lemon curd, torched lavender meringue, blackberry jam, poppy seed shortbread crumble, and Earl Grey ice cream; Portuguese Bread Pudding with Madeira caramel, currants, and Chantilly cream; Dark Chocolate Beet Cake with dark chocolate mousse, Speculoos cookie crumble, white chocolate-coffee cremeux, and raspberry-beet ice cream; Mill’s Sundae with salted caramel ice cream, malted vanilla ice cream, espresso fudge, Turkish coffee cream, chocolate chip cookie crumble, and fudge brownie; or a Seasonal Sorbet Tasting.
