Mill’s will offer a selection of dishes from its winter menu with holiday additions on Christmas Eve from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., for take-out or dine-in. Specials include celebratory seasonal libations such as the Sparkling Poinsettia and Spiced Pear martini.  Holiday starters feature King Crab Bisque, Oysters Rockefeller, and Baked Seafood Stuffed Shrimp with yuzu beurre blanc.  A special entrée will feature North Country Smokehouse all-natural Brown Sugar-Maple Glazed Carved Ham with roasted fingerling potatoes and  Brussels sprouts sautéed with bacon, onions, and golden raisins.  Desserts feature Holiday Cookies & Milk and Goat Cheesecake with yuzu cremeux, gingersnap crumble, miso pear butter, candied walnuts, and pear sorbet.

Mill’s will also offer a family-style holiday dinner to-go this Christmas.  Orders must be placed by Sunday, December 20th at 5:00 p.m. for pick-up on Wednesday, December 23rd between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Dinner includes Artisanal Greens with pickled red onion, spiced almonds, and a Roquefort-red wine vinaigrette; King Crab Bisque; and North Country Smokehouse all-natural Brown Sugar-Maple Glazed Carved Ham with roasted fingerling potatoes and Brussels sprouts sautéed with bacon, onions, and golden raisins.  Dessert features Portuguese Bread Pudding with Madeira caramel, currants, and Chantilly cream.  

Dinner for two is $89.95 and dinner for four is $179.95; tax is additional.
