In addition to Mill’s winter menu, Executive Chef Ed Bolus and his culinary team will offer first courses of Oysters Rockefeller and Foie Gras with grapefruit financier, grapefruit segments, and tarragon agrodolce.  The holiday entrée will feature Baked Seafood Stuffed Lobster Tail & Petite Filet Mignon with roasted Red Bliss potatoes.  The dessert special will be an Almond Cake with labneh-elderflower mousse, lemon curd, rosemary honey, and oat crumble and pear ice cream.

Guests may also add their favorite wine, beer by the can or bottle, and cocktails to their take-out order.  Wine selections include 2018 Vincent, Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley, Oregon; the 2014 En Route by Far Niente, Chardonnay, Brumaire, Russian River Valley, California; 2018 Patricia Green Cellars, Dry Muscat Ottonel, Marie, Oregon; 2018 Neyers, Sage Canyon, Red Blend, California; and the 2015 Michele Chiarlo, Tortoniano, Barolo, Italy.
