Restaurant Weeks starters include a choice of Sweet Corn Bisque with chili crab salad; Crisp Creole Point Judith Calamari with pickled trinity and remoulade; Classic Caesar Salad with Parmesan cheese, white anchovies, and garlic croutons; and Shrimp Cocktail.
Entrees will include Bourbon Glazed Giannone Farms Organic Roasted Chicken Breast with roasted zucchini and jalapeno-mint pistou; Miso Glazed Atlantic Swordfish Medallions with edamame, avocado, and grapefruit salad, and yuzu aioli; a Petite Black Angus Filet Mignon with gorgonzola fondue and gremolata; and Chef’s House-made Pasta of the Day.
The dessert course features a choice of Zucchini Cake with blueberry jam, sweet corn cremeux, toffee popcorn, Marcona almond brittle, and white peach ice cream; White Chocolate Coffee Mousse with a dark chocolate miso brownie, carmelia ganache, toasted marshmallow, and banana-yuzu sorbet; Cotton Cheesecake: key lime curd, graham streusel, coconut cream, strawberries, and basil ice cream; or a seasonal Sorbet Tasting, featuring key lime, blackberry, and strawberry flavors.
