Begin the celebration with a seasonally-inspired Mill’s libation, such as the Sparkling Poinsettia, Spiced Pear Martini, or Mill’s Tavern Mulled Wine.  Wine features by the glass or bottle include Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut; Grgich Hills Chardonnay, Napa Valley; and Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. 

Starters include a petite or grand Shellfish Platter; chilled poached White Tiger Shrimp; Coconut-Ginger Squash Bisque; Seared Foie Gras with poached pear, Boston brown bread, and miso almond butter; and Cheese & Charcuterie with assorted seasonal accoutrements.

Main Courses feature brown butter-glazed Giannone Farms Organic Roasted Chicken with fontina fondue, warm salad of confit chicken legs, bitter greens, and crisp pancetta; Butternut Squash Risotto with aged gouda, maple pepitas, and pumpkin oil; all natural Niman Ranch Ribeye with horseradish cream sauce; an 8 oz. Black Angus Filet Mignon with mushroom piperade and porcini cream sauce; and grilled New Zealand Rack of Lamb with red pepper hummus, warm roasted squash salad in a cider-cumin vinaigrette, and mint demi-glace.

Side dishes include Montreal Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes with crispy shallots; Mill’s Mac ‘n Cheese with house made bacon lardons; Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprouts; and wood roasted Asparagus with lemon, pecorino, and extra virgin olive oil.
